It is suitable for automatic mesh stretching for different screen frame specifications of screen printing purpose, and can also be drawn at one time without setting up a working platform. It is suitable for the tension requirements of different material mesh.

Feature:

The transverse and longitudinal tension can be adjusted respectively, and the maximum tension of the machine design is up to 65N;

According to different specifications of mesh frames, it can be electrically and steplessly contracted to the required size;

The four sides adopt an integrated mesh clamp, and the four corners are designed with individually controllable angle cylinders;

Used patented double aluminum high-strength mesh pulling head. The rubber no need to use glued to tight. The dovetail groove is used to match with the mold to wrap the whole metal body, so that the mesh does not directly contact the metal body, and protect the mesh to be broken. It is firm and durable. The mesh clamping mouth adopts flat teeth, and the service life of the chuck is long;

Design two frequency conversion speed regulation modes: the fast mode is used for conveying mesh and adjusting the mesh area, while the slow mode is used for pulling and adjusting the mesh tension;

Adopting electric driving to lifting up frame, the height of the frame lifting can be adjusted;

Two operation mode and can be used: 1. HMI operation, 2. Handle switch control operation.
