• Engineered with Advanced Weaving Technology
HS-D Mesh is an ultra-durable stainless steel screen printing mesh developed using Asada Mesh’s proprietary weaving process. Manufactured from wire material with three times the tensile strength of standard mesh, it delivers exceptional resistance to elongation (≤5%) and ensures high dimensional stability under extreme printing stress.
• Enhanced Strength with Precise Weaving
The mesh features a 40% open area ratio, offering a balanced combination of ink release efficiency and mechanical rigidity. Compared with conventional meshes, HS-D maintains a significantly higher yield point, confirmed by tensile test measurements.
• Superior Dimensional Accuracy Under Stress
When paired with a low-distortion screen printing plate, HS-D Mesh can operate at 2.5x the typical snap-off distance without visible warping or skew. Dimensional accuracy in high-stress printing zones remains intact—ideal for PET film or low-absorption substrates.
• Proven Stability Over 20,000 Prints
HS-D Mesh was subjected to a 20,000-print durability test using elevated snap-off settings. Results showed distortion fluctuation within ±15 microns, validating long-run consistency for industrial applications.
• Ideal for High-Viscosity & Multilayer Applications
Thanks to its ultra-high strength and stability, HS-D Mesh enables precise printing with high-viscosity pastes and multi-layered circuit patterns on flexible thermistor substrates. Even in large-area mask printing, dimensional integrity is fully preserved.
Using 25% higher tensile strength than standard 304, Standard-BS is our standard product which is adopted for wide use such as 100 micron fine line or thin deposit printing for MLCC.
